Overview
The LD-YLD Canadian Standard Freeness tester is a JINGHUAYIQI brand standard dissociation tester for the determination of pulp dissociation. It is mainly suitable for test values for the production control of milled wood pulp, and is widely applicable to the change of water filtration properties of various chemical pulps during Refining and fine pulp processes.

Principle
Freeness is the determination of the water filtration of a dilute Pulp suspension (containing 3 g of absolute dry pulp in 1 L of water), that is, the degree of dissociation or the rate of water filtration, which reflects the surface condition and swelling of the fiber. Canadian Standard Freeness refers to the water-sensitive performance of 1000ml of Stock water suspension with a content of (0.3 +/- 0.0005) % and a temperature of 20 ° C under specified conditions. The volume (mL) of water flowing out of the side tube of the instrument represents the CSF value.
