The DHS-16 Moisture Analyzer is a JINGQI brand High Accuracy Moisture Analyzer for the rapid determination of moisture content in samples. Operating under standard environment conditions, the instrument has a stable performance with a Capacity value of 50g and a moisture measurement range of 0% to 100%.

Principle
The DHS-16 Moisture Analyzer heats the sample with a halogen lamp, uses a weighing system to monitor the sample mass change in real time, and combines preset temperature and timing parameters to automatically calculate the moisture content. When the set conditions are reached, the instrument automatically ends the measurement process.
Steps
Connect the Moisture Analyzer to a 220V AC power supply and warm up for at least 30 minutes.
2. Wake up the instrument from standby and use it immediately.
3. Set the heating temperature range (50 ℃ to 180 ℃) and Timer Range (0~ 99min).
4. Place the sample on the pan to ensure that the sample mass meets the requirements (such as sample ≥ 3g).
5. Start the measurement process, and the instrument automatically heats and weighs.
6. After the measurement is completed, read the moisture content results.
Notice
• Ensure that the ambient temperature is within the range of 15 ° C -30 ° C, extreme temperatures may affect the measurement accuracy.
• The relative humidity should be maintained at 50% -75% without condensation at 30 ° C.
• The power input is 220V AC voltage, allowing fluctuations of +/- 10%, and the maximum load is 350W.
• The instrument has dust and moisture protection, and the pollution level is level 2.
• Warm-Up Time is at least 30 minutes and can be used immediately in standby.
• Sample mass should be ≥ 3g to ensure moisture measurement accuracy.
