Overview
The HUXI HX-4GM Pat Homogenizer is a homogenizer for effective separation of microorganisms inside and on solid samples. It ensures that samples are well mixed in a sterile bag, and the treated solution can be used directly for sampling analysis, avoiding the risk of sample variation and cross-contamination.

Principle
The device performs gentle and efficient homogenization treatment on solid samples placed in a sterile homogenization bag by slapping motion, effectively separating microorganisms contained inside and on the surface of the sample and dispersing them uniformly in the solution for subsequent analysis.

Steps
1. Place the sample in a sterile homogenizing bag.
2. According to the sample characteristics, set or call the preset homogenization program (including pat speed, time, temperature and other parameters) through Touchscreen.
3. Close the fully open safety door and start the equipment for homogenization.
4. After the processing is completed, remove the homogeneous bag, and the sample solution can be directly used for sampling analysis.
Notice
• Please ensure that the homogeneous bag is well sealed to prevent sample leakage.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating. The equipment has anti-pinch function, but you still need to avoid putting your hands into the pat area.
• Choose the appropriate pat speed, time and spacing according to the sample characteristics.
• If heating or disinfection is required, please set the corresponding parameters in advance.
• Clean the outside of the equipment and the observation window in time after use.
• Do not exceed the effective volume (3~ 400ml) and homogeneous bag size (17x30cm) limits specified by the equipment.
