Overview
Sterile Homogenizer (also known as Sterile Homogenizer) can directly extract bacteria from solid samples. During operation, the original sample (the large one needs to be cut into about 10 × 10mm blocks) and the diluent are added to the sterile sample bag. After placing it in the instrument, pressure, oscillation and accelerated mixing are generated by blade slapping and hammering, so that the microbial components in the solution are evenly distributed to complete Sample Handling. It can effectively separate the microorganisms inside and on the surface of the solid sample, ensuring that the samples in the sterile bag are completely mixed. The homogenized sample can be used as a representative for subsequent analysis without sample change and cross-contamination risk. The use of disposable sterile homogeneous filter bag isolation operation, to ensure safety, no contact with the instrument, no sample leakage without system cleaning, with convenient and fast, accurate results, homogeneous soft, sample contamination, no damage, no heating, no sterilization treatment, no need to wash utensils, Repeatability is good.
Features
1. Adopt a large-screen LCD display, which is convenient to operate and can store multiple sets of working programs.
2. Intelligent control, homogeneous speed and time can be controlled.
3. Glass transparent window is easy to observe, fully open door, easy to clean;
4. The sample has no contact with the homogenizer, and no system cleaning is required if there is no sample leakage.
5, homogeneous and soft, sample no pollution, no damage, no heating, no need to sterilize, no need to wash utensils;
6. It has strong sound insulation capabilities.
Principle
Tapping Homogenizer adds the sample and dilution to a sterile sample bag. After placing it in the instrument, the blade is slapped and hammered to generate pressure, cause oscillation, and accelerate mixing, so that the microbial components in the solution reach a uniform distribution state, completing Sample Handling. This process effectively separates microorganisms inside and on the surface of the solid sample, ensuring that all samples are mixed in the sterile bag to avoid cross-contamination.
Applications
Food microbiology, analysis of animal tissues, biological samples, homogenization of cosmetics, homogenization of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, pharmaceuticals, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial testing
Steps
1. Add the original sample (large ones need to be cut into about 10 x 10mm blocks) and the diluent to the sterile sample bag;
2. Put the sample bag into the Slap Homogenizer;
3. Generate pressure, oscillation, and accelerated mixing through blade beating and hammering, so that the microbial components in the solution are evenly distributed;
4. After completing Sample Handling, remove the homogenized sample for subsequent analysis.
Notice
• If the original sample is larger, it needs to be cut into blocks of about 10 × 10mm;
• Use a disposable sterile homogeneous filter bag to isolate the operation to ensure safety;
If there is no sample leakage, no system cleaning is required.
The homogenized sample can be used as a representative for subsequent analysis to avoid cross-contamination.
• Pay attention to aseptic treatment during operation to prevent sample contamination.
