Overview
HUXI HX-4 Upgraded Slap Homogenizer is a sterile Homogenizer that can directly extract bacteria from solid samples. Simply add the original sample (large ones need to be cut into about 10 × 10mm blocks) and diluent to the sterile sample bag, put it into the instrument, and then use the blade to slap and hammer to generate pressure, cause oscillation, and accelerate mixing, so that the microbial components in the solution are evenly distributed to complete Sample Handling. It can effectively separate the microorganisms inside and on the surface of solid samples, ensuring that the samples in the sterile bag are completely mixed. The homogenized samples can be used as representatives for subsequent analysis without sample changes and cross-contamination risks.
Features
1. Adopt a large-screen LCD display, which is convenient to operate and can store multiple sets of working programs.
2. Intelligent control, homogeneous speed and time can be controlled.
3. Glass transparent window is easy to observe, fully open door, easy to clean;
4. The sample has no contact with the homogenizer, and no system cleaning is required if there is no sample leakage.
5, homogeneous and soft, sample no pollution, no damage, no heating, no need to sterilize, no need to wash utensils;
6. It has strong sound insulation capabilities.
Principle
By placing the sample and dilution into a sterile sample bag, and then into the instrument, the slapping and hammering of the blade generates pressure, causes oscillation, and accelerates mixing, so as to achieve a uniform distribution of microbial components in the solution. This method can effectively separate the microorganisms contained in and on the solid sample, ensuring that all the samples are mixed in the sterile bag.
Applications
Food microbiology, analysis of animal tissues, biological samples, homogenization of cosmetics, homogenization of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, pharmaceuticals, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial detection and other fields.
Steps
1. Add the original sample (large ones need to be cut into about 10 x 10mm blocks) and the diluent to the sterile sample bag;
2. Put the sample bag into the Slap Homogenizer;
3. Set the homogenization speed and time parameters.
4. Start the instrument for pat homogenization treatment;
5. After processing, remove the sample bag for subsequent analysis.
Notice
• The sample needs to be cut into about 10 × 10mm blocks to facilitate homogenization;
• Use a disposable sterile homogeneous filter bag for isolation operation to avoid contact between the sample and the instrument;
If there is no sample leakage, no system cleaning is required.
Make sure all samples are mixed in a sterile bag to prevent cross-contamination.
• Pay attention to the anti-pinch function during operation, and the instrument has an automatic stop anti-pinch function.
