Overview
Pat type Homogenizer, also known as sterile Homogenizer, can directly extract bacteria from solid samples. Simply add the original sample (large ones need to be cut into about 10 × 10mm blocks) and diluent to a sterile sample bag, and then put the sample bag into the pat type Homogenizer. After the pat hammer of the blade generates pressure, causes oscillation, and accelerates mixing, so as to achieve a uniform distribution of microbial components in the solution, the sample can be processed. The homogenized sample can be used as a representative of the original for subsequent analysis without sample changes and the risk of cross-contamination. Use a disposable sterile homogeneous filter bag isolation operation to ensure safety, no contact with the instrument, no sample leakage without system cleaning, convenient and fast, accurate results, homogeneous and soft, sample contamination is small, no damage, no heating, no sterilization treatment, no need to wash the utensils, Repeatability is good.
Features
1. Adopt a large-screen LCD display, which is convenient to operate and can store multiple sets of working programs.
2. Intelligent control, homogeneous speed and time can be controlled.
3. Glass transparent window is easy to observe, fully open door, easy to clean;
4. The sample has no contact with the homogenizer, and no system cleaning is required if there is no sample leakage.
5, homogeneous and soft, sample no pollution, no damage, no heating, no need to sterilize, no need to wash utensils;
6. It has strong sound insulation capabilities.
7. With automatic stop anti-pinch function;
8, Loadable Windows + Tempered Glass Security Door;
9. With disinfection function, the disinfection wavelength is 253.7nm.
10. The pat spacing is adjustable from 0 to 50mm, the start mode starts gently, and the pause function is available.
Principle
The Pat Homogenizer places the sample and dilution in a sterile sample bag, places it in the instrument, and generates pressure through the pat hammer of the blade, causing oscillation, and accelerating mixing, so that the microbial components in the solution are uniformly distributed. This effectively separates the microbial homogeneous sample contained in and on the solid sample, ensuring that all samples are mixed in the sterile bag.
Applications
Food microbiology, analysis of animal tissues, biological samples, homogenization of cosmetics, homogenization of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, pharmaceuticals, clinical, molecular, toxin and bacterial testing
Steps
Cut the original sample into blocks of approximately 10 x 10 mm.
2. Add the sample and dilution to the sterile sample bag.
3. Put the sample bag into the Slap Homogenizer;
4. Set homogenization speed and time parameters.
5. Start the instrument for pat homogenization treatment;
6. After processing, remove the sample bag for subsequent analysis.
Notice
• The sample needs to be cut into about 10 × 10mm blocks to facilitate homogenization;
• Use a disposable sterile homogeneous filter bag for isolation operation to avoid sample leakage;
If there is no sample leakage, no system cleaning is required.
• The instrument has anti-pinch function, pay attention to safety during operation;
• Regularly check the function of the instrument to ensure normal operation.
• Follow the power requirements and use a 220V power supply.
