Overview
HUXI HX-4 Pat Homogenizer is a device for microbiological analysis of solid samples. It can effectively separate microorganisms inside and on the surface of solid samples, ensuring that the samples are fully mixed and homogenized in a sterile bag. The treated solution can be directly sampled and analyzed, avoiding the risk of sample changes and cross-contamination.

Principle
The device makes the solid sample in the sterile homogeneous bag collide, squeeze and oscillate with the slap plate by slapping movement, so that the microorganisms contained in the sample interior and surface are effectively separated and uniformly dispersed into the solution, so as to realize the homogenizing treatment of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the sample in a sterile homogenizing bag.
2. Put the homogeneous bag into the pat box and adjust the pat spacing.
3. Set or call the preset homogenization speed and time program through the large-screen LCD interface.
4. Start the device, the device will start softly and perform pat homogenization.
5. After homogenization is completed, the sample solution can be directly used for sampling analysis.
Notice
• Please make sure to use a sterile homogeneous bag of the right size (e.g. 17x30cm), and the effective volume is within the range of 3 to 400ml.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating. The equipment has an anti-pinch function, but you still need to avoid touching moving parts during the pat process.
• In the event of sample leakage, the system needs to be cleaned. If there is no leakage, no cleaning is required.
• Equipment beating time can be set within 0.1-99 minutes 59 seconds or choose continuous operation, please set the parameters reasonably according to the characteristics of the sample.
• The speed of the equipment is 3 to 12 beats per second, which can be adjusted as needed.
• Please use the rated power supply (V220/200W), and pay attention to the weight (18kg) and Dimension (420 * 230 * 330mm) of the equipment to ensure smooth placement.
