Overview
HUXI UP-400 portable ultrasonic crushing instrument is a multi-functional instrument that uses ultrasonic waves to produce cavitation effect in liquids, suitable for small volume Sample Handling. It adopts liquid crystal display, supports automatic and manual (foot pedal) Operating Modes, and has functions such as ultrasonic time and power arbitrary setting, sample temperature detection display, and frequency automatic tracking.
Features
1. Full function, Appearance beauty, reliable performance, single chip technology + 4.3 inch TFT capacitive Touchscreen control, optional 7 inch screen, computer communication or data printing function.
2. High degree of intelligence, centralized microcomputer control, ultrasonic time and power can be set from 1% to 100%.
3. Sample temperature detection display, frequency microcomputer automatic tracking, fault automatic alarm.
4. Equipped with Alcoa 7075 transducer + high-purity titanium alloy horn, the industrial horn can continuously ultrasonic for more than one hour.
5. With overload protection function and automatic protection when the horn is not immersed in liquid.
6. Implement voice alarm functions caused by malfunctions, overheating or operation errors.
Principle
The instrument uses ultrasonic waves to produce cavitation effect in the liquid, and transmits mechanical vibration to the sample through the horn to realize the functions of cell crushing, emulsification, and separation.
Applications
Teaching, research and production in the fields of biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, surface chemistry, physics, zoology, agriculture, etc
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Set ultrasonic time, power, gap time and other parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Immerse the horn in the sample liquid.
4. Select the automatic or manual (pedal) mode to start the ultrasound.
5. Monitor sample temperature and instrument status, and close after processing is completed.
Notice
• When the horn is not immersed in the liquid, the instrument will automatically protect it to avoid damage.
• Pay attention to the sample temperature to prevent alarm or sample denaturation caused by overtemperature.
• Avoid overload during operation and ensure that the power setting is reasonable.
• Check whether the horn and transducer are in good condition before use.
• Follow the instrument fault alarm prompts and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
