The FP6410 Flame photometer is a dual-channel analytical instrument of JINGQI brand. It adopts Interference filter and LED LCD display to directly read potassium and sodium concentrations. The instrument has high stability and fast Response characteristics, and is suitable for elemental analysis of various samples.

Principle
The FP6410 Flame photometer is based on the Interference filter technology, which realizes the quantitative analysis of element concentration by measuring the intensity of the characteristic Light spectrum generated by the excitation of potassium and sodium elements in the flame. The instrument uses filters to separate specific wavelengths and converts them into electrical signals through a photoelectric detection system for measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power and warm up
2. Set the measurement parameters through the menu keyboard
3. Pre-selected flame size
4. Sample inhalation for measurement
5. Read the direct reading results of potassium and sodium concentrations
6. Optional printer output data or connect to computer to transmit data
Notice
• Sample suction and spray volume should be controlled within < 6mL/min
• Pay attention to the normal function of the flameout protection device when using it
• Regularly check the light transmission characteristics of the filter to ensure measurement accuracy
• Follow stability requirements: variation ≤ 3% within 15 seconds; variation ≤ 5% within 5 minutes
• Note that the Response Time of the instrument should be < 8 seconds
• Maintain the appropriate test range: potassium 0~ 100μg/ml, sodium 0~ 160μg/ml
