Overview
SS-200J Suspended Solids Tester is a water quality analysis instrument of JINGQI brand. It adopts imported high-luminance Illuminant and narrow-band filter system, combined with large-screen Chinese display interface, for fast and accurate measurement of suspended solids content in water samples.
Features
1. Imported high performance, long life (100,000 hours), high luminance Illuminant, with narrow band filter system, Optical inspection Stability, high accuracy and good Stability.
2. Large-screen LCD Chinese display, Chinese menu operation, simple and intuitive.
3, can save 10 standard Linear dispersion and 500 measured values, power failure is not lost.
4. The main machine case is made of ABS material after mold, which has good corrosion resistance.
5. Adopt a high-performance, low-power 16-bit microcontroller system.
6. With printing function and USB interface upload function.
Principle
The instrument is based on the Optical inspection Measurement principle. Illuminant irradiates water samples with specific wavelengths, and suspended particles scatter or absorb light. The instrument receives optical signals through a narrow-band filter system, and converts them into electrical signals by an internal photoelectric Detector, which is processed and calculated by a single-chip microcomputer system. Finally, the concentration value of suspended solids is obtained.
Applications
Environmental monitoring, wastewater treatment, water plants, industrial process control, scientific research experiments
Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up.
2. Prepare the water sample to be tested.
3. Select or call the corresponding standard Linear dispersion.
4. Put the water sample into the measurement tank for measurement.
5. Read and record measurement results.
6. You can upload data through the USB interface or connect the printer to print the report.
Notice
• Please use the measurement pool attached to the instrument and keep it clean.
• Ensure that the instrument is fully preheated before measurement to ensure measurement Stability.
• Water samples should be representative to avoid bubble interference.
• The instrument should be placed in a stable, drying, direct light-free environment.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain according to instructions.
• Power supply voltage must meet the requirements of AC (220 +/- 10%) V, 50Hz.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble the instrument.
