Overview
HUITAI MJ-70FN mildew incubator is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for environmental protection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research, institutions and production departments. It is used for water body analysis and BOD determination, the fostering and preservation of bacteria, molds and microorganisms, and plant cultivation and breeding experiments.

4. Intelligent LCD programmable multi-stage controller (optional): 15 30-step programs can be preset, and each setting time is 1 to 99 hours and 59 minutes to achieve automatic control.
5. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): over-temperature automatic interruption and sound and light alarm to ensure safety.
6. Convenient data processing (optional): USB or RS485 interface can be connected to a printer or computer to record temperature changes.
Principle
Mildew incubator precisely adjusts the temperature in the box through PID control mode, with small fluctuations. Brand Compressor and self-developed cooling system are used to achieve cooling, and JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure are used to establish an air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature. The ultraviolet sterilization system is located on the top floor of the box to kill floating bacteria in the circulating air to prevent pollution. Optional multi-stage controller for automatic programming control.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Open the box door and adjust the shelf spacing as needed.
3. Set the temperature parameters, Temperature range is 0~ 65 ℃, resolution 0.1 ℃.
4. Optional setting timing function, Timer Range 1~ 9999 minutes.
5. Adjust the wind speed of the fan to a fast or slow gear to prevent the loss of moisture from the sample.
6. Start the device and observe the LCD display data.
7. Optional use of ultraviolet sterilization system for disinfection.
8. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Power frequency check before use meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements.
• Avoid running under overtemperature conditions, and an independent temperature limit alarm system can be selected to prevent accidents.
• When adjusting the wind speed of the fan, pay attention to prevent the sample from losing moisture too quickly.
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning the liner to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel surface.
• Regularly check whether the UV sterilization system is working properly.
• Optional accessories need to be configured according to actual needs, such as program controller, temperature limit controller, etc.
Do not open the door frequently when the equipment is running to maintain a stable temperature.
