Overview
HUITAI MJ-250FN mildew incubator is a special thermostatic equipment, suitable for environmental protection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research, institutions, production departments. It is used for water analysis and BOD determination, bacteria, molds, microorganisms foster, preservation, plant cultivation and breeding tests.

1. Humanized design: large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, menu-type operation interface, simple and easy to understand; mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design is easy to clean, and the shelf spacing in the box is adjustable; use 134a without fluorine refrigerant, energy saving and environmental protection; there is a diameter 25mm test hole on the left side of the box; the fan wind speed is adjusted by speed and slow gear; the instrument control of the whole machine is placed in the upper left corner of the door panel, saving space; the double door structure is easy to observe; the surface of the box is sand blasting, not easy to scratch.
2. Quality assurance: using brand Compressor, independent research and development of cooling system to extend life; JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure to ensure temperature uniformity; PID control mode temperature control is accurate, with timing function, the maximum time is 99 hours 59 minutes.
3. UV sterilization system: located on the top layer of the box, effectively killing floating bacteria and preventing contamination.
4. Intelligent LCD programmable multi-stage controller (optional): 15 30-step programs can be preset, and each setting time is 1 to 99 hours and 59 minutes to achieve automatic control.
5. Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional): over-temperature automatic interruption and sound and light alarm to ensure safety.
6. Convenient data processing (optional): USB or RS485 interface can be connected to a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
Mildew incubator precisely adjusts the temperature in the box through PID control mode, with small fluctuations. Brand Compressor and self-developed cooling system are used to achieve cooling, and JAKEL tube flow circulating fan and unique air duct structure are used to establish an air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature. UV sterilization system kills floating bacteria in the circulating air and prevents pollution. Optional multi-stage programmable controller automatically controls the complex test process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the temperature and time parameters.
2. Adjust the fan wind speed gear as required.
3. Use the test hole for experimental operation or temperature measurement.
4. Optional functions: preset multi-segment programs, connect external devices to record data.
5. Monitor the temperature during operation, such as the overheating system automatically alarms and interrupts.

* Power frequency is AC 220V 50Hz before use.
* Pay attention to the adjustment of the wind speed of the fan during operation to prevent the sample from losing moisture too quickly.
