Overview
WZJ-II bending machine is a new model designed and manufactured by SHIBO brand according to the national standard GB/T12754 to test the flexibility of coatings. It is suitable for testing the T-bend test of color steel plates and steel strips, as well as the T-bend test of related product coatings. It has important reference value for the screening of new product coating formulations.

Principle
By rotating the left handle, the square bending compacts are bent to form an angle of less than 45 °; at the same time, the right handle is rotated to drive the crank lifting mechanism to lift the triangular bending blocks to achieve clamping or flattening of the test pieces, thus forming a T-shaped bend.

Steps
Test samples are placed in a 23 +/- 2 ℃ environment for at least 24 hours and tested under the same conditions.
2. Turn the right handle to lift the triangular curved flattening block (≥ 10mm); turn the left handle to make the square rotating dismantling block and the triangular curved flattening block straight.
3. Extend the sample into the triangular bending flattening block 15mm side down, turn the right handle to press the sample; turn the left handle to bend the sample to form an angle less than 45 °.
4. Turn the left handle to return the square rotating dismantling block; turn the right handle to lift the triangular bending flattening block and take out the sample plate.
5. Extend the bent test piece into the triangular bending flattening block, turn the right handle to compact, and form an "OT" bend.
6. Sexual repeability operation presses the "OT" bending part and bends and flattens it again to complete the "IT" test.
7. In turn, the sexual repeability operation obtains "2T, 3T" and other bends.
Notice
• When the specimen is bent in IT, there should be no obvious gaps where the bending surfaces overlap, otherwise the test will be redone.
• Damage to coatings within 10mm of the edge is not considered.
• The handle of the testing machine is not installed when it leaves the factory, and the user needs to install it at the corresponding position of the host by himself.
