Overview
DM-III Putty Sandability Tester is a new type of instrument designed and manufactured by SHIBO brand according to GB/T1770-2008 national standard, which is used to evaluate the sanding performance of primer and putty.

Principle
The instrument fixes the sample through the permanent magnet chuck, uses the sanding head to drive the sandpaper to reciprocate the sanding of the sample, records the number of sanding times through the counter, and automatically stops after reaching the predetermined number of times to evaluate the sanding performance of the material.

Steps
1. Clockwise swirl/spin permanent magnet chuck hexagonal wrench, place 50 × 120mm bayonet iron plate sample, counterclockwise swirl/spin fixed
2. Fix the 60 × 120mm metallographic sandpaper on the sanding head, tighten the lock nut, and place it on the swing arm
3. Turn on the power switch and start working, and automatically stop when the predetermined number of times is reached
4. The power switch can be turned off at any time during operation
5. After automatically stopping, press the counter "clear (R) " button to run again.
Notice
• It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without sample and sandpaper.
• Power should be cut off as soon as possible after the test
