The NIRUN NTV-LP2 digital Viscometer is a high-performance viscosity measurement instrument with a 7-inch wide Touchscreen and ARM chip processor, which supports continuously variable speed measurement and multiple viscosity unit interchangeability. It features an anti-static housing, a metal lift rod design, and a built-in RTD temperature Probe for a variety of fluid viscosity detection.

Principle
The digital Viscometer calculates viscosity by measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid. It uses continuously variable speed control Rotor speed, combined with the built-in RTD temperature Probe to monitor the temperature in real time, and quickly processes the data through the ARM chip for High Accuracy viscosity measurement and rheological analysis.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Choose the right rotor and speed
3. Place the sample in the measurement position
4. Set measurement parameters through Touchscreen
5. Start measurement and observe viscosity changes
6. Data can be saved through a USB stick or network interface
