The device supports multiple viscosity units and speed control modes for a wide range of measurement ranges for accurate measurement of various fluid viscosity.

Principle
The digital Viscometer calculates the viscosity value by measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor by swirling/spinning the rotor in the fluid. It uses continuously variable speed control, combined with the built-in RTD Temperature Probe to monitor the temperature in real time, and quickly processes the data through the ARM processor for accurate viscosity measurement and unit conversion.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on to ensure that the device is in normal working condition
2. Select the appropriate rotor and speed settings according to the measurement requirements
3. Place the sample in the measurement position and start the automatic lifting system for measurement
4. Monitor viscosity values and related parameters via Touchscreen, using data storage if necessary
5. After the measurement is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the rotor
Notice
• Power frequency within the range of AC100-240V to avoid overload
• Check whether the rotor is in good condition before use to avoid damage affecting the measurement accuracy
• Pay attention to the temperature range control at -1~ 150 ° C during measurement to maintain temperature control accuracy
• When the measurement range is exceeded, the equipment will emit an alarm sound, and the conditions need to be adjusted in time
• Periodically calibrate equipment and verify with standard solution to ensure accuracy
