Overview
XSP-BM17 binocular phase contrast microscope is a new microscope product launched by TEELEN in 2013. Optical inspection phase contrast principle is used to observe unstained biological specimens, so that low contrast specimens are clearly visible, with mass stability and high cost performance.
Features
1. Adopt planetary coaxial coarse fretting focusing device for comfortable and stable focusing
2. Adopting a liftable Abbe condenser, the condenser has a large adjustment range and good contrast
3. Adopt double-decked mechanical stage with scale ruler, adjust handwheel coaxially vertically and horizontally, and operate more conveniently
Principle
The microscope adopts the principle of Optical inspection phase contrast, and through a special Optical inspection system design, the unstained low-contrast biological specimens produce phase difference, which is converted into visible luminance difference, so that the specimen is clearly visible.
Applications
Biological specimen observation, medical inspection, laboratory research
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the lighting luminance
2. Place the specimen on the stage
3. Use coaxial coarse fretting focusing device for focusing
4. Adjust the focusing effect through the liftable Abbe condenser
5. Use a double-decked mechanical stage to move the specimen position
6. Select the appropriate objective and eyepiece for observation
Notice
• Special oil immersion is required when using 100X oil mirrors
• Pay attention to the operation force when using the spring objective lens
• Slow operation is required when adjusting the condenser
• Optical inspection parts are kept clean
• Be careful when handling
