Overview
The TEELEN CPH-300 phase contrast microscope is a microscope product developed and designed for transparent samples that are difficult to observe fine structures due to halos. The system combines traditional Optical Microscopy with a computer (digital camera) through photoelectric conversion, allowing not only microscopic observation on the eyepiece, but also real-time dynamic images on the computer display screen, and editing, saving and printing pictures.
Features
1. Good contrast ratio and complete accessories
2. Structural design in line with ergonomic principles, greatly reducing fatigue, suitable for long-term work
3. With anti-mildew system
4. Optical inspection magnification 40X-1600X, system magnification 50X-2600X
5. Equipped with flat-field eyepieces and flat-field phase contrast objectives
6. The condenser is a 1.25 phase contrast condenser with a variable light bar
7. The lighting system adopts 6V/20W halogen lamp with adjustable luminance
Principle
The phase contrast microscope system combines traditional Optical Microscopy with a computer (digital camera) through photoelectric conversion, and uses phase contrast technology to enhance the contrast ratio of transparent samples, making microstructures that were originally difficult to observe clearly visible.
Applications
Biology, histology, chemistry and other research work, institutions, environmental protection units, laboratories, research institutes, institutions of higher learning
Steps
1. Microscopic observation through eyepieces
2. Connect a computer (digital camera) to observe real-time moving images on the display screen
3. Edit, save, and print the required images
