The TEELEN CPH-200 phase contrast microscope is a professional instrument developed and designed for transparent samples that are difficult to observe fine structures due to halos. The system combines traditional Optical Microscopy with computer photoelectric conversion to display real-time dynamic images on the computer screen while observing through the eyepiece, and supports image editing, saving and printing functions.

Principle
Optical inspection system converts the phase difference caused by the difference in refractive index in the transparent sample into luminance difference, thus enhancing the visibility of the fine structure of the sample. The system uses the combination of phase contrast objective lens and condenser lens to clearly display the details of the transparent sample that were originally difficult to observe.

Steps
1. Turn on the lighting system and adjust the luminance
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Choose the right combination of objective and eyepiece
