Principle
The microscope realizes magnification observation through the Optical inspection system, adopts the combination of eliminating color difference objective lens and flat field eyepiece, and cooperates with the Abbe condenser lens to provide uniform illumination. The coarse micro-motion coaxial focusing system precisely adjusts the focal length, and the converter switches the objective lens of different magnifications to achieve the total magnification observation of 40-1600 times.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the lighting system
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Adjust the focal length through the coarse fretting focusing device
4, swirl/spin converter to select the appropriate magnification objective
5, adjust the condenser and light bar for the best imagery effect
6. Observe through eyepieces
