Overview
XSP-2CBA trinocular biological Microscope is a product of TEELEN brand, which can be widely used in biology, chemistry and other research work, and can be used for teaching in school laboratories. The instrument adopts a liftable Abbe condenser lens set, an LED cold light source light path, a planetary coaxial coarse micro-motion focusing device and a double-decked mechanical mobile platform, providing a comfortable and smooth focusing experience and easy operation.
Features
1. Adopt a liftable Abbe condenser set to make the condensing adjustment range larger.
2. Use LED cold light source light path to provide stable lighting.
3. Planetary coaxial coarse and fretting focusing device, comfortable and stable focusing and fine fine-tuning.
4. Double-decked mechanical moving platform with reading scale and coaxial longitudinal and lateral adjustment handwheel, easy to operate.
5. Three eyepiece tube design, hinged 360 ° positioning, tilt angle 30 °, pupil distance 55~ 75 mm, diopter +/- 5.
The total magnification range is 40X to 1600X, suitable for a variety of observation requirements.
7. The lighting system is light-field transmission illumination with variable diaphragm, and the luminance is adjustable.
Principle
The microscope provides illumination via an LED cold Illuminant. The rays of light converge through the Abbe condenser lens group and illuminate the sample. The objective and eyepiece systems amplify the sample image. The focusing system uses a coaxial coarse fretting device for precise focusing; the double-decked mechanical platform allows the sample to move horizontally and vertically for easy observation of different areas.
Applications
Biology, chemistry, school laboratory
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the lighting system.
2. Place the sample on the stage.
3. Use the coaxial coarse fretting focusing device for preliminary focusing.
4. Move the sample to the observation area by means of a double-decked mechanical platform.
5. Switch the objective and eyepiece as needed, and adjust the magnification.
6. Use the trimmer for fine focus.
7. Observe and record images.
Notice
- Power frequency matching (110-220V/50-60Hz) before use.
- Avoid violent vibration during operation to prevent damage to Optical inspection components.
- Use special tools when cleaning the lens to avoid scratches.
- Turn off the power when not in use for a long time to extend the life of the LED.
Samples should be placed smoothly to avoid slippage affecting observation.
