Overview
The XSP-3CA Monocular Biological Microscope is a laboratory instrument of the TEELEN brand. It adopts a monocular lens barrel design and can be widely used in biology, histology, chemistry and other research work, as well as teaching purposes in school laboratories. The instrument is equipped with a liftable Abbe condenser lens set, an LED cold light source light path, a planetary coaxial coarse micro-motion focusing device and a double-decked mechanical mobile platform, providing a comfortable and smooth operation experience.

Principle
Microscope provides illumination through LED cold Illuminant. The rays of light penetrate the sample after being converged by the Abbe condenser lens group, and the imagery is enlarged by the combination of objective lens (color difference reduction objective) and eyepiece (wide field eyepiece). The focusing system uses a coaxial coarse fretting device to adjust the position of the sample through a mechanical moving platform to achieve clear observation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn on the LED lighting system
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Preliminary focusing by coaxial coarse fretting focusing device
4. Use the fine-tuning device for fine focusing
5. Switch between different magnification objectives through the converter
6. Adjust pupil distance and diopter to suit the observer
7. Turn off the power after observation and clean the instrument
Notice
• When using the oil mirror, add mirror oil dropwise to avoid drying up.
• Avoid collision between objective lens and sample when focusing, especially high magnification lens
• Keep Optical inspection parts clean and wipe with special tools
• Power frequency needs to match 110-220V range
• Pay attention to the cursor reading when moving the platform to avoid excessive movement
• Turn off the power when not in use for a long time and store it in a drying environment
