Overview
XSP-8CA series trinocular biological Microscope is produced by TEELEN, which is widely used in biology, chemistry and other research institute work and school laboratory teaching. Using binocular lens barrel and electric Illuminant lighting, the binocular lens barrel can be freely rotated and adjusted, and the lighting luminance can be adjusted. It is suitable for biology teaching, professional research and routine inspection in laboratories, research institutes and institutions of higher learning. This series can choose accessories such as phase contrast, dark field, polarizing light to adapt to different user requests. XSP-8CA-V computer type and XSP-8CA-C digital type combine OpticalMicroscopy technology, photoelectric conversion technology and computer image processing technology, which can observe biological images on computer monitors, perform map analysis, rating and output printing.

Principle
The XSP-8CA Biological Microscope is based on the principle of Optical inspection imagery, and the sample image is enlarged by the combination of objective lens and eyepiece. The objective lens collects the ray of light of the sample and forms a primary magnified real image, and the eyepiece further amplifies the real image for observation. In the computer type and digital type, the integrated photoelectric conversion technology converts the Optical inspection image into an electronic signal, which is displayed on the screen through computer processing, which is convenient for image analysis and output. The lighting system adopts electric Illuminant, and the luminance is adjustable to ensure the clarity of the image.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and adjust the lighting luminance to a suitable level; 2. Place the sample on the stage and fix it with a clamping device; 3. Select the appropriate objective lens (such as 4X, 10X, 40X or 100X oil mirror) with the swirl/spin converter; 4. Adjust the focus by coarse and fine-tuning the coaxial focusing knob, first coarse and then fine-tuning until the image is clear; 5. Observe the image, if digital processing is required, connect the computer or digital device; 6. Turn off the power after use, clean the objective lens and stage, and store it properly.
Notice
• When using the 100X oil lens, it is necessary to add oil drop between the sample and the objective lens to avoid bubbles; • Avoid contact between the objective lens and the sample when focusing to prevent damage; • Regularly clean the Optical inspection parts, use special lens paper, do not wipe with hard objects; • Handle with care when handling to avoid vibration affecting the accuracy; • Power frequency needs to match 220V to prevent overload; • If you do not use it for a long time, the power should be turned off to prolong the life of the bulb; • The operating environment should be drying and cleaning to avoid dust affecting the imagery.
