Principle
Optical inspection system using infinity microscope, through the combination of the objective lens and the eye lens to enlarge the sample image, with the condenser lens to provide uniform illumination, focusing system to achieve accurate focusing, the stage supports the precise movement of the sample positioning.

Steps
1. Turn on 3W LED Cold Illuminant Lighting
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Adjust the pupil distance (48mm-75mm) and the viewing head angle (30 degrees tilt)
4. Select the appropriate objective through the four-hole converter
5. Use coaxial coarse fine-focusing mechanism for focusing

• When using 100X oil mirror, add oil immersion
