Overview
The DXS-1 inverted biological microscope is a product of the TEELEN brand. It is equipped with a long working distance flat-field color difference objective, a large-field eyepiece and an adjustable condenser. The product has a compact structure and a reasonable design of the operation part, so that the observer can feel relaxed and comfortable during the operation of the instrument. The Microscope is suitable for microscopic observation of cellular tissues, transparent liquid tissues, and dynamic microscopic observation of foster tissues in culture dishes.

Principle
Optical inspection and magnification of samples is performed by the inverted biological Microscope through the configuration of long working distance flat-field color difference elimination objective lens and large field eyepiece, combined with adjustable condenser lens. The lighting system uses a 6V20W halogen lamp to provide Illuminant, adjustable luminance, and color filters are used to optimize the imagery effect. The focusing system enables precise focusing, and the stage and culture dish pallet are adapted to different sample containers for dynamic observation of foster tissue.

Steps
1. Turn on the lighting system and adjust the luminance
2. Place the sample on the stage or culture dish tray
3. Initial focusing using coarse fretting coaxial focusing system
4. Precise adjustment by fretting focusing, the fretting grid value is 2μm
5. Switch the objective using a four-hole converter
6. Insert color filters as needed to optimize the observation effect
7. Turn off the power after the observation is completed
