Overview

Principle
The InvertedMicroscope by a combination of a large field of view eyepiece and a long working distance objective lens, combined with a phase contrast device, using a ray of light through the phase difference when the unstained transparent sample changes, forming a high contrast ratio image, thereby achieving a clear observation of living cells and tissues.

1. Place the foster vessel in the specimen rack
2. Select the appropriate color filter (Blue, Green or Frosted Glass)
3. Adjust the condenser lift
4. Use the centering telescope to adjust the phase contrast ring plate
5. Focus through coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism
6. Adjust 6V30W halogen luminance
