Overview
DXS-3 inverted biological Microscope is a product launched by TEELEN. It adopts an excellent infinity Optical inspection system, is equipped with a long working distance flat field objective lens and a large field of view eyepiece, and has a compact and stable high rigidity body to meet the vibration protection requirements. The swirl/spin swing-out condenser system supports the observation of non-contaminated foster cells on high culture dishes or cylindrical flasks, which is ergonomic design and easy and comfortable to operate. The product is suitable for the microscopic observation of cell tissues, transparent liquid tissues, and the dynamic observation of foster tissues in culture dishes.
Features
1. Optical inspection system, clear and stable imagery
2. Equipped with long working distance flat mirrors and large field of view eyepieces, with a wide field of view
3. High rigidity body design, excellent anti-vibration performance
4. swirl/spin into the swing-out concentrating system, easy to observe the foster container without contamination
5. Ergonomic, comfortable and convenient operation
6. Supporting dynamic microscopic observation foster tissue
Principle
Inverted Bio Microscope uses an infinity Optical inspection system to magnify the sample image using a combination of objective and eyepiece. Long working distance condensers provide sufficient illumination, swirl/spin into the swing-out condenser system to adapt to different foster containers, ensuring uniform transmission of rays of light to the sample. Coarse micro-motion coaxial focusing system precisely controls the focal length for clear observation of cells or tissues.
Applications
Research institutes, colleges and universities, inspection departments, agriculture, animal husbandry and dairy industry
Steps
1. Turn on the lighting system and adjust the luminance
2. Place the sample on the stage and select the appropriate pallet for the culture dish
3. Select the objective through the converter
4. Use the coarse fretting coaxial focusing system to adjust the focal length
5. Observe the sample through the eyepiece, using color filters if necessary
6. Turn off the power after the observation is completed and clean the equipment
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is placed stably before operation to avoid vibration
• Avoid the objective from touching the sample or foster vessel when adjusting the focal length
• Turn off the lighting system in time after use to prolong the life of the bulb
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to prevent dust from affecting the imagery
• Handle with care when changing culture dishes to avoid damage to the stage
