Principle

The microscope uses an epifluorescence device, provides an Excitation light source through a mercury lamp light box, and selects a specific excitation light band (B excitation light band: 420~ 485nm, G excitation light band: 460~ 550nm) with a fluorescent filter set to realize the observation of fluorescent samples. At the same time, it is equipped with a transmission illumination system to perform conventional transmission field observation.
