Overview
TEELEN TL3001 Fluorescence Microscope is suitable for fluorescence microscopy and transmission bright field observation. It adopts an infinite flat-field color difference-eliminating fluorophore without magnification color difference and a large field of view eyepiece. Optical inspection system has clear, bright imagery and a wide field of view. The ergonomic body design makes the operation more comfortable and easy. It is a satisfactory instrument for scientific research and can be used by scientific research, universities and other departments.
Features
1. Optical inspection system and Modular function design
2. Equipped with high-mass infinity flat-field color difference fluorescent objective, the imagery is clearer and brighter
3. Wide-angle flat-field eyepiece: field of view diameter < 22mm
4. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism, with locking and limiting device, fretting grid value: 2μm
5. Transmission lighting system: built-in field of view light bar, 6V30W halogen lamp lighting, heat sink installed, adjustable luminance
6. Drop illumination system: 100W/DC high voltage mercury lamp, power box 220V/110V optional
7. The three-eyeliner barrel can freely switch between visual observation and microphotography, and can be 100% transparent during photography, suitable for low-light microscopic image shooting
Principle
The microscope is based on an infinity Optical inspection system. Illuminant is provided through a transmission illumination system or an epifluorescence illumination system. The rays of light pass through the objective lens and eyepiece to form a clear image. During fluorescence observation, excitation light of a specific wavelength penetrates the light group to illuminate the sample, excites the fluorescence signal, and then collects and imagery through the objective lens.
Applications
Scientific research, universities
Steps
1. Turn on the power and select the transmission or emitter lighting system
2. Place the sample on the stage and adjust the coarse fretting focusing mechanism to focus
3. Switch objectives and fluorescent filter sets as needed
4. Perform visual observation through the three-eyeliner barrel or connect photography equipment to shoot
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment
Notice
• Avoid direct gaze when operating Illuminant
• Regularly check the status of light bulbs and filters
• When using the oil lens, make sure there is an appropriate amount of oil immersion between the objective lens and the sample
• Keep the equipment clean to avoid dust accumulation
• Power frequency needs to match 110V or 220V setting
