Overview
The DXY-1 inverted Fluorescence Microscope is composed of an InvertedMicroscope and an epifluorescence Microscope. The instrument is equipped with a long working distance flat-field color difference elimination objective and a large-field eyepiece. When inverted observation, a long working distance flat-field phase contrast objective and a long working distance condenser with a phase contrast device can be configured. The excitation filter group can be switched during fluorescence observation. The instrument has the characteristics of clear imagery, wide field of view, compact structure, beautiful appearance, and comfortable operation. It is mainly suitable for microscopic observation of cells and tissues, fluids, and Sediments in foster bottles or culture dishes. It can also be applied to fluorescence microscopic observation of unstained transparent living bodies and fluorescent sections.

Principle
The DXY-1 Inverted Fluorescence Microscope combines the Working Principle of InvertedMicroscope and Epidemic Fluorescence Microscope. During inverted observation, clear imagery of the sample is achieved through a long working distance flat-field phase contrast objective lens and a long working distance condenser with a phase contrast device. During fluorescence observation, the sample is excited and detected by the excitation filter group switching, and the fluorescence epiphany illumination system is used.
Applications
Scientific research, research institutes, agriculture and animal husbandry departments
Steps
1. Select the inverted observation or fluorescence observation mode according to the observation needs
2. Use long working distance flat-field phase contrast objectives and extra long working distance condensers for inverted observation
3. Switch the corresponding excitation filter group during fluorescence observation
4. Use coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism for focusing
5. Adjust the luminance of transmitted or fluorescent epiphany illumination
Notice
• Please familiarize yourself with the functions of each component of the instrument before use
• Pay attention to the safe use of high voltage mercury lamps when observing fluorescence
• Be careful when disassembling the stage moving mechanism
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to ensure imagery mass
• Turn off the power in time after use
