Overview
DXY-2 Inverted Fluorescence Microscope is composed of an epifluorescence microscope system and an inverted biological microscope system. It adopts an excellent infinity Optical inspection system, and is equipped with a long working distance flat field objective and a large field eyepiece. The product can be applied to the microscopic observation of cell tissue, transparent liquid tissue, and can also be used for fluorescence microscopy observation in biology and other fields.
Features
1. Optical inspection system with infinity
2. Equipped with long working distance flat field objective and large field of view eyepiece
3. Compact and stable high-rigidity body to meet vibration protection requirements
4. swirl/spin into the swing-out condenser system, which can observe the foster cells without contamination on high-cultured dishes or cylindrical flasks
5. The epifluorescence microscope system adopts a Modular design, which can safely and quickly adjust the lighting system and switch fluorescent color filter components
Principle
The DXY-2 Inverted Fluorescence Microscope works through a combination of an epifluorescence microscope system and an inverted biological microscope. The epifluorescence system uses a Modular design to provide fluorescent illumination, while the inverted biological microscope enables sample observation through a combination of objective and eyepiece. The swirl/spin swing-out condenser system ensures non-contamination observation of cells in the foster vessel.
Applications
Cell tissue observation, transparent liquid tissue observation, biological fluorescence microscopy observation
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate culture dish pallet according to the observation needs
2. Adjust the pupil distance of the eyepiece (53~ 75mm)
3. Select the appropriate objective through the five-hole converter
4. Use coarse fretting coaxial focusing system for focusing
5. Switch the fluorescent color filter assembly as needed
6. Adjust Transmission Illuminant luminance
Notice
• Film thickness of coverslip meets objective requirements (1.2mm) before use
• Pay attention to the working distance limit of each objective lens
• Avoid collisions with mechanical moving parts during operation
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly
• Use the appropriate culture dish size to match the pallet
