Overview
Type 4XB Metallurgical Microscopy is a Metallurgical Microscopy from the TEELEN brand. It can be used to form a computer-type binocular inverted Metallurgical Microscopy 4XBC by connecting a color camera and an image acquisition device to a computer, or a digital camera to form a digital Metallurgical Microscopy 4XBD. The instrument supports viewing pictures through a computer or digital camera, and can be displayed on a computer screen or digital camera, and can also print color pictures through a printer.
Features
1. Support connection with computer or digital camera to realize image observation and display
2. Printable color pictures
3. Equipped with flat-field eyepieces and a variety of objective lens types
4. Wide total magnification range, from 100X to 1250X
5. Mechanical barrel length 160mm, focusing range 7mm, high accuracy
6. The lighting system adopts 6V 12W bromine tungsten lamp with stable luminance
7. The size of the mechanical workbench is 75 * 50 mm, making it easy to operate
8. Light weight, only 5kg, easy to carry
Principle
Type 4XB Metallurgical Microscopy magnifies the sample through an Optical inspection system, using a combination of eyepiece and objective lens to achieve high magnification observation. The sample is placed on the object, and the coarse fine-tuning mechanism is used for precise focusing. The lighting system provides a uniform ray of light to ensure clear images. When connected to a computer or digital camera, the image is transmitted to the screen or storage device through the acquisition device for digitalization observation and output.
Steps
1. Place the sample on the object
2. Power on the lighting system
3. Adjust the focus until the image is clear through the coarse fine-tuning mechanism
4. Connect a computer or digital camera as needed
5. Observe images on a computer screen or digital camera
6. Optional printing of color pictures
Notice
• Make sure the power connection is stable before use to avoid voltage fluctuations
• Gentle action when focusing to prevent damage to mechanical parts
• Keep the lens clean to avoid dust affecting the observation effect
• The size of the object needs to match the sample to prevent sliding
• Turn off the lighting system after long-term use to extend the life of the bulb
• Handle with care when handling to avoid collision damage to the instrument
