Overview
4XC Metallurgical Microscopy is a Metallurgical Microscopy product of TEELEN brand, which is mainly used to identify and analyze the internal structure and organization of metals. It is an important instrument for metallographic research and a key equipment for mass identification of products in the industrial sector. It is used in factories or laboratories for mass identification of castings, raw material inspection or research and analysis of metallographic structure after material treatment.
Features
1. Traditional models, stable mass and clear imagery.
2. Adopt planetary coaxial coarse fretting focusing device for comfortable and stable focusing.
3. Using flat-field objective and flat-field eyepiece, the field of view is flat and the clarity is high.
4. Two light path outputs, one for observation and one for connection to the camera device.
5. Adopt double-decked mechanical stage with scale and epiphany lighting device, with variable light bar, uniform and adjustable luminance.
Principle
4XC Metallurgical Microscopy amplifies the surface structure of the metal sample through the Optical inspection system, provides uniform and adjustable luminance with an epiphany illumination device, and realizes high-definition imagery through a flat-field objective and a flat-field eyepiece. The planetary coaxial coarse fretting focusing device is used for precise focusing, and the double-decked mechanical stage is convenient for sample movement and positioning. The two-way optical output supports simultaneous observation and camera recording.
Applications
Metal internal structure identification, metal alloy structure analysis, casting mass identification, raw material inspection, metallographic structure research and analysis after material treatment
Steps
1. Place the metal sample on the stage.
2. Turn on the lighting system and adjust the luminance.
3. Focus through the coarse fretting focusing device.
4. Select the appropriate objective and eyepiece combination.
5. Observe the sample and record the image through the camera.
Notice
• Oil immersion technology is required when using 100X objectives
• Adjust the light bar for best lighting
• Optical inspection to avoid affecting the imagery mass
• Move the stage gently during operation to prevent sample damage
• Regularly check the lamp life to ensure normal lighting
