4XC series Metallurgical Microscopy is a Metallurgical Microscopy product of TEELEN brand, which is mainly used to identify and analyze the internal structure and organization of metals. It is an important tool for metallographic research in metal physics. This instrument is equipped with a photographic device to take integer photos required for metallographic diagrams, which is suitable for factories, mines, universities and scientific research departments.

Principle
Metallurgical Microscopy magnifies the surface structure of metal samples through an Optical inspection system, using a combination of eyepiece and objective lens to achieve high magnification. The equipped camera device can record metallographic images, and the metallographic analysis system can analyze and determine the tissue.

Steps
1. Prepare the metal sample and place it on the stage
2. Adjust the focal length through the coarse micro-motion coaxial focusing mechanism
3. Select the appropriate objective lens multiple for observation
4. Switch between normal observation and polarized observation modes as needed
5. Use a photographic device to take metallographic pictures
6. Analyze and determine by metallographic analysis system

• Oil mirror technology is required when using 100X objectives
• Pay attention to rough and elastic adjustment when focusing
• The halogen luminance can be adjusted as needed
