Overview
XTL-16B reflection Metallurgical Microscopy is a TEELEN brand product, suitable for microscopic observation of opaque or transparent objects. The instrument is equipped with an epitope and transmission illumination system, a long-distance flat-field color difference elimination objective, a large-field eyepiece and a built-in polarized light observation device. It has the characteristics of clear image, good contrast and easy operation. It is widely used in biology, metallurgy, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics and other fields, suitable for schools, scientific research, factories and other departments.
Features
1. Equipped with large field of view eyepiece and long distance flat field color difference objective lens (no coverslip), the field of view is large and clear.
2. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse elastic adjustable, with limit locking device, fretting grid value 2μm.
3. Equipped with two sets of illumination systems, each capable of microscopic observation of opaque or transparent objects.
4.6V20W halogen lamp, adjustable luminance.
5. Three-eyeliner barrel, can freely switch between normal observation and polarized observation, and can perform 100% light transmission photography.
Principle
The microscope is used to observe the surface reflected light of opaque objects through an epiphany illumination system, or to observe transparent objects through a transmission illumination system. The combination of long-range flat-field color difference-cancelling objective lens and large-field eyepiece, combined with built-in polarizing device, realizes high-definition and high-contrast microscopic imagery.
Applications
Biology, metallurgy, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics, schools, scientific research, factories
Steps
1. Turn on the lighting system power and adjust the halogen lamp luminance.
2. Select the drop or transmission illumination mode according to the type of observation object.
3. Use the coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism for focusing, first coarse adjustment and then fine adjustment.
4. Switch between different magnification objectives through the converter.
5. Switch between normal or polarized viewing modes using the trieyelid barrel.
6. Adjust the stage position to move the sample.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument power connection is stable before use to avoid voltage fluctuations.
• Coarse adjustment first and then fine adjustment when focusing to avoid collision between the objective lens and the sample.
• Pay attention to the operation of the inward ball positioning converter when switching objectives.
• Optical inspection components are kept clean to avoid dust affecting the imagery mass.
• Halogen lamps generate heat when they work, so turn off the lighting in time after use.
