Overview
The XTL-16A Upright Metallurgical Microscopy is a professional instrument of the TEELEN brand, suitable for microscopic observation of opaque objects. The instrument is equipped with a drop illuminator, a long-distance flat-field color difference objective (no coverslip), a large-field eyepiece and a built-in polarized observation device. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance and easy operation. It is an ideal tool for research in metallurgy, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics, etc. It is widely used in schools, scientific research and factories.
Features
1. Equipped with large field of view eyepiece and long distance flat field color difference objective lens (no coverslip), the field of view is large and clear.
2. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse elastic adjustable, with limit locking device, fretting grid value of 2μm.
3. 6V 20W halogen lamp lighting, adjustable luminance.
4. Three-eyelid tube design, can freely switch between normal observation and polarized observation, support 100% light transmission photography.
Principle
The XTL-16A Metallurgical Microscopy is based on the principle of Optical inspection imagery and provides Illuminant through an epiphany illumination system. After the rays of light are irradiated on the surface of the opaque sample, they are reflected and amplified by the objective lens and eyepiece to form a clear image. The built-in polarizer allows to switch the observation mode and is suitable for different material analysis.
Applications
Metallurgy, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics, schools, scientific research, factories
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power supply and adjust the 6V 20W halogen lamp luminance.
2. Place the sample on the stage and use the coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism for preliminary focusing.
3. Select the appropriate long-distance flat-field color difference objective through the converter.
4. Use fretting focusing (grid value 2 μm) to finely adjust the image clarity.
5. Switch the normal or polarized viewing mode through the trilens barrel.
6. If you need to shoot, switch to 100% light transmission mode for shooting.
Notice
Make sure the power supply is stable before use to avoid voltage fluctuations.
• Pay attention to rough and elastic adjustment when focusing to prevent damage to the sample or lens.
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to avoid dust affecting the observation effect.
• When operating the stage, move gently to avoid exceeding the moving range (75mm × 50mm).
• When changing color filters or performing polarizing observations, ensure that the switching device operates correctly.
