Overview
SXL-1002T programmable box heater is a high temperature heating equipment using microcomputer intelligent temperature control, for industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, laboratories and R & D institutions for elemental analysis and determination, small steel heat treatment (such as quenching, annealing, tempering) and metal, ceramic sintering, dissolving, analysis and other high temperature heating purposes.
Features

2. Equipped with a 30-stage programmable controller, it can simplify the complex test process and achieve automatic control and operation.

Principle
The heater precisely controls the input Power through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, which drives the iron-chrome-aluminum high-resistance wire in the furnace to heat up and generate high temperature. The thirty-segment programmable controller allows users to preset complex temperature-time programs to automate the heating, heat preservation and cooling process. The furnace body uses ceramic fibers as heat insulation materials, which effectively reduces heat loss and ensures uniform and stable temperature inside the furnace.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to an AC 220V power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the microcomputer thermostat or program the temperature program.
3. Put the sample to be heated into the furnace and close the furnace door (the heating power is automatically turned on at this time).
4. Start the heating program, the device runs automatically according to the setting, and the real-time temperature can be observed through the dual digital display.
5. When the program runs or needs to be interrupted, open the furnace door (the heating power is automatically cut off) and use a special tool to remove the sample.
6. Turn off the power switch, and clean and maintain after the furnace body is chilled down.
Notice
Equipment must be well grounded to ensure safe use of electricity.
• The furnace body is in a high temperature state when working and just after working, and it is strictly forbidden to touch it to prevent burns.
• When placing or removing samples, the furnace door must be opened first (automatic power failure), and a special fixture must be used to avoid direct manual operation.
• Heated samples must not contain flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
• Do not put items in the furnace that exceed its volume or load-bearing limits.
• Keep the furnace clean and clean up the debris in the furnace regularly.
Equipment should be placed in a drying ventilated environment to avoid moisture.
• If it is not used for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and dust protection should be taken.
