Overview
JINGHONG SXL-1216 programmable box heater is a high temperature heating equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, laboratories and R & D institutions for elemental analysis and determination, small steel heat treatment (such as quenching, annealing, tempering) and metal, ceramic sintering, dissolving and analysis of high temperature heating operations.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, easy to operate, accurate and reliable temperature control, with dual digital display function of setting temperature and measuring temperature.
2. Equipped with a 30-stage programmable controller, it can simplify the complex test process and achieve automatic control and operation.
3. Special door structure design, the furnace door is easy to switch on and off, the high temperature surface does not face the user after opening, and the furnace door platform design can place heating objects.
4. The furnace door and the box panel are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and high temperature without deformation.

Principle
The heater precisely controls the heating process through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in iron-chrome-aluminum high-resistance wire generates heat when energized, which heats the furnace. The thirty-segment programmable controller allows users to preset complex temperature Linear dispersion to achieve automatic heating, heat preservation and cooling. The safety interlock device of the furnace door automatically cuts off the heating power when it is opened, and automatically turns it on when it is closed to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 380V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature and program through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller (e.g. using programmable functions).
3. Put the sample to be treated into the furnace (size: 245 * 160 * 400mm).
4. Close the furnace door and the heating system will automatically power on and start working.
5. Monitor the dual digital display to observe the real-time temperature and the set temperature.
6. After the heating is completed, open the furnace door (automatically cut off the heating power) and remove the sample.
7. Optional equipment for data logging or communication.
Notice
The power supply of the equipment is AC 380V, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches and is safely grounded.
* When the furnace door is opened, the heating power is automatically cut off, but still need to pay attention to the furnace and furnace door high temperature, to avoid burns.
Do not place flammable and explosive items in the furnace for heating.
* When placing the sample, do not exceed the furnace volume and ensure that the sample is placed securely.
* furnace material (refractory brick or ceramic fiber) can be selected according to actual needs, T series is ceramic fiber furnace, heating up faster and more energy saving.
Regularly check the equipment wiring and heating element status.
* Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, SMS alarm) need to be configured on demand and used according to the corresponding instructions.
