SHYARONG DLSB-50/10 Cryogenic coolant circulating pump is a cryogenic liquid circulation equipment that uses mechanical refrigeration, with the function of providing cryogenic liquid and refrigerating circulator. It can be used with a variety of instruments such as Rotary Evaporator, fermentation tank, chemical Reaction Kettle, etc. It has a large cooling capacity and fast speed, which can significantly improve work efficiency. Principle
Cryogenic coolant circulating pump provides cryogenic liquid circulation for the system through mechanical refrigeration. Its core is a fully enclosed Air-Cooled Compressor, which reduces the temperature of the circulating liquid through the refrigeration cycle and delivers the cryogenic liquid to the supporting instruments (such as Rotary Evaporator, Reaction Kettle, etc.) through the built-in pump to achieve precise cryogenic control or chill down the experimental process.

Steps
1. Place the device at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect the power supply (220V/50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of chilled down liquid to the stainless steel reservoir.
3. Set the required temperature through the digital panel (range -10 to 99 ° C).
4. Start the equipment, the Compressor starts to work refrigeration, and the circulation pump pumps out the cryogenic liquid.
5. Connect the outlet of the equipment to the inlet of the supporting instruments (e.g. Rotary Evaporator, Reaction Kettle) to form a circulation loop.
6. Flow rate of circulating pump can be adjusted according to experimental needs.
7. After use, turn off the power of the device and disconnect it.
Notice
Equipment should be used within the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ℃).
• Make sure to use the correct Power supply voltage (220V/50Hz).
• Storage tank volume is 50L, do not exceed Maximum capacity.
• The maximum Flow rate of the pump is 10L/min, and the head is 4~ 6m. Please use it within this parameter range.
• Can be used with 2L Rotary Evaporator and Reaction Kettle, please ensure the compatibility of the supporting instruments.
• Regular maintenance to keep equipment clean.
