Overview
SHYARONG DLSB-10/30 Cryogenic coolant circulating pump is a cryogenic liquid circulation equipment that takes mechanical form of refrigeration, which has the function of providing cryogenic liquid and refrigerating circulator. The equipment can be used with Rotary Evaporator, fermentation tank, chemical Reaction Kettle, freeze drying equipment, biological Reaction Kettle and other instruments. The cooling capacity is large and fast, which can significantly improve the working efficiency. The flow rate of the circulating pump can be adjusted or customized, and all models can be reasonably matched between low temperature and cooling capacity, low temperature and container volume according to user request. It is suitable for laboratories that need to maintain low temperature and normal temperature conditions.

Principle
The equipment reduces the temperature of the circulating chilled down liquid to the set range through mechanical refrigeration, and transports the chilled down liquid to the supporting instruments (such as Rotary Evaporator, Reaction Kettle, etc.) through the circulation pump to provide a continuous low temperature chilled down environment, so as to realize the multi-functional low temperature chemical reaction, storage or experimental process.

Steps
1. Place the device at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect the power supply (220V/50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of chilled down liquid to the liquid storage tank (volume 10L).
3. Set the required temperature through the digital panel (range -30 to 99 ° C).
4. Start the equipment, the Compressor starts to work refrigeration, and the circulation pump outputs the low temperature chilling down liquid to the supporting instruments.
5. Flow rate of the pump can be adjusted as needed (maximum 10L/min).
6. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 25 ℃.
• Power supply voltage specified (220V/50Hz).
• Ensure sufficient amount of liquid is chilled down in the reservoir.
• The outer box of the equipment is made of cold plate electrostatic spraying (SPCC) material, please pay attention to maintenance.
This model can be used with the 2L Rotary Evaporator and Reaction Kettle.
