SHYARONG DLSB-200/30 Cryogenic coolant circulating pump is a low-temperature liquid circulation equipment that uses mechanical refrigeration, mainly used to provide low-temperature liquid and refrigerating circulator environment. The equipment can be used with Rotary Evaporator, fermentation tank, chemical Reaction Kettle, freeze drying equipment, biological Reaction Kettle and other instruments. The cooling capacity and speed can significantly improve the working efficiency. Principle
Cryogenic coolant circulating pump reduces and maintains the temperature of the circulating chilled down liquid within the set range through mechanical refrigeration. The Compressor and other refrigeration systems in the equipment work to chill down the liquid in the tank, and transport the cryogenic liquid to the supporting external instruments (such as Rotary Evaporator, Reaction Kettle, etc.) through the circulation pump to provide continuous low temperature chilling down or thermostatic environment. After the experiment is completed, the liquid is returned to the equipment for circulation chilling down.

Steps
1. Place the device at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect the power supply (220V/50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of chilled down liquid to the stainless steel reservoir.
3. Set the required temperature through the digital panel (range -30 to 99 ° C).
4. Start the equipment, the Compressor starts to work refrigeration, and the circulation pump outputs the cryogenic liquid to the supporting instruments.
5. Monitor the temperature displayed digitally, and the device will automatically maintain the temperature Stability at +/- 0.1 ° C.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment must be used at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ℃).
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.
• Check whether the amount of liquid chilled down in the reservoir is sufficient before use.
• Choose and use equipment reasonably according to the capacity of the supporting equipment (such as 20~ 50L Rotary Evaporator or 20~ 500L Reaction Kettle).
• Regularly clean the stainless steel sink to keep the equipment beautiful and corrosion resistant.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
