Overview
SHYARONG YRDC-3006 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy thermostatic device controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, self-tuning PID adjustment, and imported platinum resistance temperature measurement. It provides users with a uniform temperature and controlled thermostatic field source. It has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, small Fluctuation, high cooling efficiency, and low noise. It works stably and reliably, and is safe and convenient to operate.

6. The cold liquid in the tank can be used to chill down the external experimental container, or the low temperature experiment can be carried out directly in the tank.
Principle
The device is temperature controlled by a single-chip microprocessor and a self-tuning PID algorithm. Imported Platinum Resistor (Pt100) Measuring temperature in real time and fed back to the Control system, the system adjusts the working state of the refrigeration or heating unit to maintain the liquid temperature in the Tank accurately at the set value, forming a High Accuracy, uniform thermostatic field. Internal/external circulation pump system can circulate thermostatic liquid to external equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to the AC 220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. ethanol or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the desired target temperature through the digital setting button on the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and the system will automatically start cooling or heating until it reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature.
5. If external circulation is required, after connecting the external pipeline, start the circulation pump to draw out the thermostatic liquid.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and do a good job of cleaning it.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Operating Environment is well ventilated.
• Please select the appropriate heat transfer medium according to the experimental requirements and ensure that the liquid level is appropriate.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the heat sink or the circulating pump interface.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Do not place heavy or corrosive items on the equipment.
• If not in use for a long time, empty the tank and keep drying.
