Overview
HZAOC GDW-150B low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is sprayed Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and is equipped with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber insulation plug, and the back of the studio is equipped with an air conditioning cabinet with integrated evaporator, electric heater, fan and other equipment.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, the key refrigeration components are imported brands from many countries, and R404A refrigerant is used.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor, heating output adopts solid state relay zero-crossing trigger, accurate control and low noise.
7. Safety protection system with perfect, including phase loss, overtemperature, overload, leakage and other multiple protection, and with independent over-temperature protector and electrical interlock device.
Principle
The equipment heats up through the electric heater in the air-conditioning cabinet and cools down through the refrigeration unit to achieve temperature control in the studio. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend to monitor the temperature. The Control system adjusts the Output signal through the PID according to the deviation between the set value and the measured value. Control the duty cycle of the heater and the operation of the refrigeration unit, so as to achieve High Accuracy of temperature control and program change. The studio adopts the air circulation mode of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature.
Applications
Electrical and electronic product testing, electronic component testing, component material testing, adaptability testing, stress screening testing
Standards
GB/T2423.1-2001、GB/T2423.2-2001、GB/T10592-2008、GB/T10589-1989、GB/T11158-1989、IEC68-2-1、IEC68-2-2
Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Power supply, lighting and various functions are operated through the buttons on the operation panel.
4. Set the required temperature program, rate of change, and timing time on the thermostat (0 to 999 hours).
5. Put the sample into the studio and close the box door to ensure sealing.
6. Start the equipment, and after the circulating fan is running normally, the heating and cooling system starts to work according to the set program.
7. During the test, the sample can be observed through the observation window, and test holes can be used if necessary.
8. After the test, remove the sample according to the procedures and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
* Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
* Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
* It is necessary to ensure that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire and connected correctly.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to confirm that the circulating fan is operating normally, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system may not start.
Pay attention to the status of various protection indicators when the equipment is running, and deal with malfunction alarms in a timely manner.
* Regularly check the integrity of door seals, test hole plugs and other seals.
Before maintenance, be sure to disconnect the total power supply of the equipment.
