Overview
BENTING CBGDW-150L low/high temperature test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate high and low temperature environments, suitable for product reliability testing in electronics, automotive, aerospace and other fields. The equipment adopts a cold plate paint outer box and a mirror stainless steel inner wall, and is equipped with an intelligent control system and a high-efficiency refrigeration unit to ensure the accuracy and stability of temperature control.
Features
1. Enclosure Material is cold plate paint, the inner wall is made of good mirror stainless steel plate, and the box insulation material is fiberglass.
2. Single open hinged door design, equipped with observation window, lighting and window/door frame anti-condensation electric heating device.
3. Control panel integrated controller display, U disk interface, RS232 computer communication interface, power switch, status indicator and sound and light alarm device.
4. The unit includes refrigeration unit, water tray, drain hole, condenser fan, condenser inlet trend and supply water tank.
5. The power distribution system includes IO board, machine tool transformer, ballast, intermediate relay, solid state relay, AC contactor, thermal relay, fuse, underphase relay and air switch.
6. The control system automatically adjusts the operation of the refrigerator to save energy, and the evaporator cooling capacity is switched by the solenoid valve.
7. The temperature range covers -20 ° C to 150 ° C, Temperature Fluctuation ≤ 0.5 ° C, Temperature Error ≤ +/- 1 ° C, Temperature Uniformity ≤ 2.0 ° C.

Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber automatically adjusts the operation of the refrigerator through the control system to achieve temperature changes. In the range of 0 ° C~ -40 ° C, the first-stage compression method is adopted, the evaporator cooling capacity is switched through the solenoid valve, and the heat exchange is combined with the Air-Cooled heat exchanger to ensure that the temperature of the chamber reaches the set value quickly and evenly. The control system monitors the temperature fluctuation and uniformity in real time to maintain the stability of the test environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power switch and start the control panel.
2. Set the required temperature range and Miscellaneous parameters through the controller display.
3. Use a USB stick or RS232 interface to connect to the computer for data communication (if necessary).
4. Place the test product in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the test program and monitor the status indicators and alarm devices.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the power and remove the test product.
Notice
It is forbidden to test products that may produce flammable, explosive, volatile, highly toxic, corrosive and radioactive substances.
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded to avoid electrical failures.
• Regularly inspect the refrigeration unit and power distribution system to prevent overheating or damage.
