Overview
HZAOC GDJW-150A low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton
2. Door sealing with double-decked silicone rubber sealing material
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire frost-proof and equipped with lighting
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation
5. The heating device adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, using R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and lower air return method
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating device adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the meter is controlled by a solid-state relay. The low temperature refrigeration adopts a French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, with imported brand refrigeration parts and R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, the Control system monitors the temperature through the PT100 Sensor, and the solid-state relay zero-crossing triggers the heating output to ensure accurate and stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire power supply
2. Provision of deionized water or purified water as a source of water
3. Set Temperature Parameters and Timer Range through Operation Panel
4. Start the equipment for high and low temperature testing
5. Monitor the test process through the observation window
6. Power off the device after the test is completed
Notice
• Equipment needs to work under Ambient Temperature 5~ 28 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Must use deionized water or purified water as a source of water
• Power supply voltage must be kept within the range of AC380V +/- 10%
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
Safety protection measures, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, etc., need to be checked regularly
• The test hole should be sealed with silicone rubber stopper in time after use
• Do not touch the built-in heating wire in the observation window when working
• The total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements
