Overview
HZAOC GDJW-150A high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a device suitable for storing, transporting and using adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment. It supports temperature gradual change test and can perform stress screening test on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with built-in special heating wire and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, and the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
6. With a variety of safety protection measures, including high voltage control, overvoltage, overload, phase loss, phase sequence error, overtemperature, power failure and other protection.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet. The heating system uses PID signals to control the heater through solid-state relays, and the refrigeration system uses shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The air supply method is upper supply air and lower return air, and the temperature transducer is placed in a trend to ensure temperature uniformity and control accuracy.

Steps
1. Set the temperature program through the controller, you can write the program name and store multiple process Linear dispersion.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation), and set the program group and steps.
3. Start the equipment and monitor real-time data such as set temperature, measured temperature, running time, etc.
4. In the event of a failure, locate the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller.

Notice
• Power frequency is 380V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
• Check whether the safety protection system is normal before operation, such as high voltage control, overvoltage, overload, etc.
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started.
• When the equipment is running, pay attention to observe Temperature Fluctuation and Uniformity to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Regular maintenance inspections to prevent equipment damage or unsafe samples due to malfunctions.
• When using the test hole, make sure that the stopper sealing is good to maintain the thermal insulation efficiency.
