Overview
HZAOC GDW-010B low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. The equipment can also be used for stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.

4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and uses Miscellaneous internationally renowned brand refrigeration parts and R404A refrigerant.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor to control accurately and smoothly.
8. Safety protection system with multiple, including independent over-temperature protector, electrical interlock device and phase loss, overvoltage, overload, leakage and other protection.
Principle
The equipment realizes temperature regulation in the working room through components such as evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air-conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system uses Compressor refrigeration, and the refrigeration capacity is adjusted by shunt method; the heating system is controlled by solid-state relays. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the temperature controller controls the output of the refrigeration and heating system through PID operation according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, so as to achieve accurate control of the temperature in the studio. The air supply method is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature in the box.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and there is nothing within 80 cm around) and connect the AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Turn on the power supply through the buttons on the operation panel, and start functions such as lighting as needed.
3. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, the circulating fan starts to work, and then the refrigeration or heating system runs automatically according to the setting.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the observation window, and test holes can be used if necessary.
6. After the test reaches the set time or is completed, the equipment stops running according to the program or stops manually.
7. Turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ° C and + 28 ° C, with an average temperature of ≤ 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
When starting the equipment, ensure that the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system may not work.
• Pay attention to the various fault indicators of the equipment, and any abnormalities should be dealt with in time.
The equipment is equipped with an independent over-temperature protector, but the operator still needs to pay close attention to the operating status.
