SANFA electric thermostatic drying oven DHG-9101-3 is a kind of equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places, mainly used for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other operations. The model has a volume of 225L and adopts a microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument, which controls the temperature accurately and reliably.
Features
1. The inside and outside of the box are welded with good steel plates, the surface is electrostatically sprayed, and the working room is sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint, which is novel, beautiful and energy-saving.
2. The microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument has accurate and reliable temperature control, and displays the set temperature and the temperature in the box at the same time. It has the functions of overheating, leakage, Sensor fault alarm and timing.
3. Adopt low-noise fan and suitable air duct to form a hot air circulation system, dry and hot air directly through the heated object for drying and sterilizing.
4. Optional upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller, with programmable temperature control, RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The equipment accurately sets and controls the temperature in the box through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in low-noise fan and air duct form a hot air circulation system, which uniformly and forcibly circulates the heat generated by the heating element throughout the studio, so that the dry and hot air flows directly through the items to be treated, achieving the purpose of drying, baking or sterilizing.

Steps
Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the standard 2 shelves, and close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer intelligent digital display thermometer.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, the hot air circulation system runs, the equipment starts to heat up to the set value and remains thermostatic.
5. After the timing is over, the equipment may automatically stop heating (depending on the specific model function), or manually turn off the power supply, and take out the items after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-flammable and explosive environment.
Do not directly touch the liner and heating parts when the equipment is working or at high temperature to prevent burns.
When placing items, do not block the air duct outlet and return trend in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
The device has functions such as over-temperature alarm. If the alarm is triggered, please check and troubleshoot in time.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
If the optional RS-485 interface is connected to the computer, please follow the relevant instructions for configuration and operation.
