Overview
SANFA DHG-9101-3A electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places, with drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing and other functions. The equipment adopts a good steel plate welded box, equipped with a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature control instrument and hot air circulation system, the temperature control is accurate and reliable.
Features
1. The inside and outside of the box are welded with good steel plates, the surface is electrostatic sprayed, the working room is mirror stainless steel or high temperature resistant silver paint, the door has an observation window or a double door structure, and the shape is novel, beautiful and energy-saving.
2. Microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument, accurate and reliable temperature control, while displaying the set temperature and the temperature in the box, with overheating, leakage, Sensor fault alarm function, timing function. (Optional intelligent LCD temperature control instrument).
3. Adopt low noise fan and suitable air duct to form hot air circulation system, dry hot air directly through the heated object drying, sterilizing.
4. In addition to the above functions, the upgraded liquid crystal display temperature controller also has programmable temperature control, can be equipped with RS-485 interface, can be connected to the recorder and computer, and can record the change of temperature parameters (optional).
Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer intelligent digital display thermometer, and the low-noise fan and suitable air duct are used to form a hot air circulation system, so that the dry hot air is in the domestic circulation of the box and directly passes through the heated object to realize drying and sterilizing.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
3. Monitor the temperature in the box to ensure that it is within the set range.
4. After reaching the set time, the device will automatically stop or shut down manually.
