Overview
SANFA SF-CJ-1BQ Laminar Flow Cabinet is the basic equipment required for biotechnology research and experiments. It adopts a vertical unidirectional flow manifold closed countertop, the shell is Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying, and the countertop is made of mirror stainless steel. It is suitable for chemical experiments, electronics, national defense, precision instruments, meters, colleges and universities and other industries to provide operating air purification.
Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spraying, and the operating table is made of mirror stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
2. The air purification system composed of centrifugal fan and effective and medium-efficiency Filter is adopted, so that the air can be filtered from the beginning, and the cleanliness is high.
3. Adopting an adjustable wind turbine, the light touch switch can adjust the wind speed in the working area to ensure that the wind speed in the working area is always in a satisfactory state, and is equipped with independently controlled lighting and ultraviolet sterilization lamps.
4. The vertical unidirectional flow manifold closes the work surface to effectively prevent external gas penetration and odor in the operation area from harming the human body.
5. Adopting a counterweight mobile operating door allows users to position themselves arbitrarily according to their needs, making the experimental operation more convenient and simple.
Principle
This machine adopts an air purification system composed of a centrifugal fan and an effective and medium-efficiency Filter. After the air is filtered, a vertical one-way flow is formed. The wind speed in the working area is controlled by an adjustable wind turbine to ensure the continuous supply of clean air. At the same time, it is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp for disinfection.
Applications
Biotechnology research, chemical experiments, electronics, national defense, precision instruments, meters, colleges and universities
Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn on the device.
2. Adjust the wind speed in the working area as required.
3. Use independently controlled lighting and UV sterilization lamps.
4. Adjust the operation position through the counterweight mobile operation door.
5. Conduct experimental operations.
Notice
• Power frequency is~ 220V/50Hz.
• Regularly clean the countertop to maintain corrosion resistance.
• Note that the wind speed adjustment range in the working area is 0.3 to 0.6m/s.
• Avoid direct exposure when using UV germicidal lamps.
• Keep the environment around the equipment clean and prevent external gas from penetrating.
